mWire never holds, accesses, or takes custody of your funds or wallets. Your wallet's private keys can be accessed only by you when logged into mWire.

How do I sign up?

Whether you're a sender or receiver, signing up is simple:

  • Go to app.mwire.co
  • Enter the app with one-click using your Google account, or use your email address

Note: To access your mWire wallet, you must use the same login method each time. If you used Google sign-up, you must use that same option to log back in.

How do I send funds?

Once both you and your recipient have signed up with mWire:

  • Log into mWire
  • Click Send
  • Enter your recipient's email (the one they used to sign up)
  • Choose an amount and complete the simple steps

How fast are transfers?
Transfers using blockchain technology are lightning-fast! Most transactions are processed and confirmed in under a minute, with many happening instantly.
Can I reverse a transaction?
Similar to peer-to-peer apps like Venmo or CashApp, blockchain transactions made using mWire are not reversible. Always make sure you trust the person you're transacting with. mWire does not hold or access your funds and cannot reverse or recover sent transactions.
What if my card or payment is declined?
If your payment fails when funding your wallet, please contact your card issuer or bank directly. Unfortunately, mWire support cannot assist with payment declines. If you see a "pending" or "authorization" charge on your card, please be patient - that charge will drop off your statement per your bank's policies, typically within 24 to 48 hours.
How do I request funds?

To request funds:

  • Log into mWire
  • Click Request
  • Enter the sender's email or phone number
  • Input the amount and hit Request

The sender will be notified and can easily send you the funds.

How do I access my wallet address and private keys?
Simply click on "Settings", then "Wallet Information". This information is vital to the security of your wallet. Be sure to safeguard this information and never share it with anyone.
How do I move funds to another wallet?
Simply select "External Transfer" from the menu selection, fill in the required fields and click "Submit".

mWire support is here to help with questions about using the web app. However, since mWire does not handle or hold user funds, we cannot resolve transaction disputes between senders and receivers.
