• Upon your first sign-in, mWire will automatically generate your non-custodial wallet, which is tied to your login credentials.

Re-entering the site with the same login grants you access to your wallet at any time.

Transfers are lightning-fast! Most transactions are processed and confirmed in under a minute, with many happening instantly. No crypto knowledge required.

Once both you and your recipient have signed up with mWire:

• Log into mWire
• Click Send
• Enter your recipient's email or phone number (the one they used to sign up)
• Choose an amount and complete the simple steps

Need to fund your wallet first? No problem! Top up using:

• Credit/Debit cards
• Regionally available options like Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal

To request funds:

• Log into mWire
• Click Request
• Enter the sender's email or phone number
• Input the amount and hit Request

The sender will be notified and can easily send you the funds.

No. Just like other peer-to-peer apps (Venmo, CashApp, etc.), blockchain transactions are not reversible. Always make sure you trust the person you're transacting with.

mWire does not hold or access your funds and cannot reverse or recover sent transactions.

Good news—mWire uses third-party "on-ramp" providers that enforce:

• ID verification
• 2-Factor Authentication

This makes chargebacks extremely rare, and in many cases, impossible. Once a transaction is completed, funds are received near-instantly by any recipient, and cannot be recalled.

For any chargeback disputes, refer to your mWire Service Agreement or contact the specific on-ramp provider.
