Acceptance of Terms
These terms apply to access and use of services by MWYR, LLC (doing business as mWire) through our website and mobile applications. By using our services or clicking agree, you accept these terms and consent to data handling per our Privacy Policy and agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy.

Changes to Terms
mWire reserves the right to revise these terms at its discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon posting and apply to all future access. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
Section 1: Eligibility
1.1 General Requirements
Services are for users 18 and older. Users represent and warrant they:
- Possess legal capacity to form binding contracts
- Have not been previously suspended from services
- Are not designated as a "Specially Designated National" by U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control
- Have full authority to accept these terms
Corporate users must confirm they possess authority to accept these terms on their entity's behalf.
1.2 Restricted Locations
Users cannot access services if located in jurisdictions where use would violate applicable law, where mWire doesn't offer services, or where mWire has discretionarily prohibited access.
Section 2: The Services
mWire provides an interface for its users to create non-custodial wallets, purchase USDC stablecoins, and broadcast USDC stablecoin transactions between users to the blockchain from user wallets. mWire operates as a software-as-a-service platform and never takes custody of user funds or wallet private keys. mWire is not a money transmitter, a payment services provider, a money services business, a cryptocurrency exchange, or bank, or a custodian.
Coin Purchase
If you purchase USDC stablecoins using our website, the purchase transaction is processed by one of our third-party integrated designated service providers such as on-ramp services. Users engage directly with one of these designated service providers for actions such as purchasing cryptocurrency to fund their non-custodial wallet. mWire is not party to or responsible for interactions or transactions made between a user and a third-party integrated service provider.
Users agree to abide by the designated service providers terms of service.
Wallet Services
If you create a wallet using the website, or deposit purchased coins in a wallet created using the Site, that wallet will be established by our third-party integrated service provider, Torus Labs Private Limited. Wallet creation, maintenance, and operation are direct transactions between users and Torus.

Section 3: Acceptable Use Policy
Users must comply with all requirements of mWire's Acceptable Use Policy as posted on the site and amended at mWire's discretion.
Section 4: Privacy Policy
Please refer to mWire's Privacy Policy for information on data collection, use, and sharing.
Section 5: Risk Disclosures
Cryptocurrency transactions are sophisticated and risky. Users acknowledge awareness of risks including financial loss, legal risk, and theft. mWire disclaims responsibility for cryptocurrency-associated risks. Users voluntarily assume such risks.
mWire disclaims all liability for designated service providers including but not limited to, Coinbase and Torus operations. Users represent they possess knowledge, experience, understanding, professional advice, and information to evaluate cryptocurrency purchasing and transmitting merit and risks.
Section 6: Disclaimers of Warranties
mWire does not warrant that information is accurate, reliable, or correct; that services meet requirements; that services are available at particular times or locations; that services function uninterrupted or securely; that defects will be corrected; or that services are virus-free.
Section 7: Disclaimers of Liability
mWire's cumulative liability to you shall be limited to direct damages and in all events shall not exceed in the aggregate the fees paid to mWire based on your transactions during the three (3) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim for liability.
Section 8: General Service Terms
Dispute Resolution
mWire reserves the right to resolve issues and disputes at its sole discretion, including infringement, legal violations, abnormal trades, and other matters. Users bear dispute resolution process costs.
Compliance with Law; Taxes
Users are responsible for complying with all applicable trading-related laws based on their country of residence. Taxes may apply to purchases or sales. Users are solely responsible for assessing, collecting, reporting, or remitting correct taxes.
Service Fees
mWire reserves the right to charge service fees and adjust them at its discretion. Any taxes are additional. Fees are non-refundable.
Section 9: Proprietary Rights
The Services, Site, technology, content, data, and materials used in connection are owned by mWire along with all intellectual property rights. These terms permit personal, non-commercial use only.
Users must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivatives, publicly display, perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any service materials. Commercial access or use is prohibited.
Section 10: Indemnification
Users will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless mWire, designated service providers, affiliates, and respective shareholders, members, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, representatives, suppliers, and contractors from claims, lawsuits, actions, proceedings, investigations, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from user conduct with the Services, User Content provided, violation of these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or violation of applicable law or others' rights.
Section 11: Dispute Resolution; Arbitration
All disputes, controversies, or claims arising from these terms or the Services will be resolved through confidential binding arbitration in Wyoming.
Section 12: Governing Law
These terms, including any related dispute, are governed by and construed in accordance with Wyoming law without regard to conflict of law rules. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising from these terms shall be instituted exclusively in Wyoming courts.
Section 13: Miscellaneous
- Remedies: Term violation may result in mWire deleting transmitted information and suspending or canceling accounts.
- Nonwaiver: mWire's failure or delay in exercising rights doesn't constitute waiver.
- Severability: Invalid or unenforceable terms don't affect other terms' validity.
- Force Majeure: mWire bears no responsibility for failures due to circumstances beyond their control.
- Assignment: Users cannot assign rights without prior written mWire consent.
- Statute of Limitations: Claims must be filed within one year or be forever barred.
- Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between users and mWire.
