The slider to send funds is locked and won't move
Your funds are safe. In almost every case the top-up has been paid for but the funds haven't finished arriving in your wallet yet, and the send button stays locked until they do.
Normally you'd see "Funds are on their way — please allow ~1 minute". If that message has gone but the slider is still locked, the blockchain may be moving slowly and the transfer is simply taking longer than a minute.
Wait, and don't refresh the page. Give it a few minutes. The balance updates on its own; you don't need to do anything.
If the slider is still locked after five minutes, contact us with the email you used and roughly when you topped up.
