It keeps asking for my driver’s license and a selfie, then takes me back to the start

You take a photo of the front and back of your ID and a photo of yourself, press Done, and it returns you to the beginning. Doing it again produces the same result.

What to try:

1. Use your phone rather than a laptop webcam.
2. Good even light, no glare or shadow, all four corners of the card visible, nothing cropped.
3. Wait a few seconds after pressing Done before touching anything — retrying too quickly re-submits into the same failure.
4. If it fails three times, stop and contact us rather than retrying — repeated attempts don't improve the outcome.
