These are genuine card issuing bank responses, and your bank can help with them. The third one usually means the card issuing bank blocks digital-currency purchases as a category — a different card is the fastest fix. Debit cards always have higher success rates than credit cards.

Also worth knowing: cards can be declined for too many attempts in a short time. If you've retried repeatedly, wait a few minutes before trying again.
